How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your BoothRally account and personal data at any time.
In the app
Open Settings → Delete my account and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your login, name, email, organisation memberships, saved preferences, and device registrations. Leads and companies captured for an organisation remain with that organisation.
By email
Write to privacy@boothrally.com from your account's email address and we'll delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

What's deleted
Your account/login, name, email, settings, and activity history.
What's kept
Data your organisation owns (captured leads and companies), and records we're legally required to retain (e.g. invoices), for the minimum period required by law.
